The 7th Magnitude on the apparent magnitude scale is where visual assistance is required. Our hope is to provide you with information where that limit occurs with common knowledge.
Terry, Tim, and Morris say, "We do not see ourselves as 'better' than any other astronomy podcast, but we do see ourselves adding our voices to the choices in the name of diversity."
We also do not view other astronomy podcasters as competitors, rather we see them as colleagues. A variety of topics is good for the mind, so please check out others!!!!
Tim has worked in the planetarium field in paid and volunteer capacity for the last 35 years, as well as serving as Observatory Astronomer for the Kellogg Observatory at the Buffalo Museum of Science. He has made several appearances with local media for astronomical events.
Currently, Tim engaged with the Buffalo Astronomical Association and Beaver Meadow Observatory as a member, and is also an active participant for the Buffalo Eclipse Consortium.
Terry is a veteran of planetarium presentations and has been involved in astronomy since age 11 when he witnessed the television broadcast of Apollo 11 landing on the moon and Neil Armstrong stepping out onto the surface.
Terry is also the president of the Buffalo State Astronomy Club, Alumni Chapter and has also served as president for the Buffalo Astronomical Association and the Southtowns Astronomy Club.
